Before we can stitch your design, it needs to be converted into an embroidery file — a process called digitizing. Our in-house digitizing team handles this for you. Send us your logo in any common format (PNG, JPG, AI, PDF, EPS) and we'll create a stitch-ready file optimized for clean lines and accurate color matching. There's a one-time digitizing fee, and you own the file for all future orders.
